Syngenta scholarship open to students in potato-growing areas

Syngenta is sponsoring an academic scholarship for students in potato-growing regions of the country.
Applications are currently being accepted. The scholarship is open to high school or college students (excluding seniors) who reside in or attend school in a potato-growing state, are involved in the potato-growing industry or are a member of 4-H or FFA.
The winner will be informed via letter in November and will be recognized at the Potato Expo in Las Vegas, Nev., Jan. 9-11.
