SBARE wants to hear from the public

The North Dakota State Board of Agricultural Research and Education is seeking public input on needs in the state.

SBARE provides the state legislature and governor recommendations on how the North Dakota Agricultural Experiment Station and North Dakota State University Extension can address state needs and ensure long-term dividends on investments. Input will help shape SBARE’s recommendations for the 2025 legislative session.

Three public sessions are scheduled:

  • Sept. 14 at the North Central Research Extension Center
  • Nov. 9 at the Dickinson Research Extension Center
  • Dec. 12-13 at NDSU’s Harry D. McGovern Alumni Center

To schedule a 10- to 15-minute input session, contact Erin Mcall at 701-231-7656 or [email protected].

Written testimony may be provided by letter to SBARE, NDSU Dept. 7520, P.O. Box 6050, Fargo, North Dakota, 58108-6050 or emailed to [email protected]. Online testimony may be submitted at https://www.ndsu.edu/vpag/sbare/stakeholder_input/

Remarks should describe agricultural research and/or Extension needs and potential solutions.
