MSU to hold drone workshop in April

Michigan State University will conduct an all-day workshop for current or future spray drone operators on April 10.

The Spray Drone Spring Fly-in will include morning educational sessions with information on agricultural and related industry applications. In the afternoon, participants can see spray drone swath testing in progress and have an opportunity to test individual drones.

Certified drone pilots can bring their own spray drones to test swath settings using new collection technologies.

The event will take place at MSU’s Clarksville Research Center, with a rain date of April 17.

Cost to attend is $50 per person, and pre-registration is required.
