Chitosan-based technology company Tidal Grow AgriScience has named Debbie Watts as its new vice president of innovation and business development.
Watts will help connect growers with technology that improves yield and maximizes return on investment, according to a news release. She brings more than 30 years of experience to her new role driving product launch and go-to-market execution.

“Joining a team dedicated to transforming food systems and achieving more with less is a tremendous opportunity,” Watts said in the release. “I’m excited to help uncover new opportunities that address the real-world challenges growers across the industry face.

Tidal Grow, a division of Tidal Vision Products, is headquartered in Bellingham, Washington. It provides biomolecular solutions for industries including agriculture, water treatment and material science.
