SIPCO elects officers

Members of the Southern Idaho Potato Cooperative (SIPCO) have elected new officers. Mark Darrington, of Declo, was elected president; Ritchey Toevs, of Aberdeen, was elected vice-president; and Milo Call, of Coldwater, was elected secretary/treasurer.

Darrington said that his goal for the coming year is to negotiate a fair and equitable contract for members, one that will cover the cost of growing as well as a fair rate of return to the grower,” Darrington said.
