There’s still time to register a booth at the 2024 Potato Expo, set for Jan. 10-11 at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas.

Calling all potato palates
The expo, the largest conference and trade show for the potato industry, will address a tasty topic.
With the growing popularity of recipes and grilling equipment aimed at side dishes such as potatoes, companies including Ace Hardware are taking notice. Ace spokesman and grilling expert Chef Jason Morse will discuss opportunities for the potato supply chain to capitalize on the spud grilling buzz.
Chefs are also the focus of new Innovation Sessions sponsored by Potatoes USA. Private, all-expenses-paid sessions are led by Chef RJ Harvey, Potatoes USA’s director of culinary, will explore ways to realize the potential of potatoes.
