Its standard 10-row barrel includes an optional extra-large five-inch shape barrel featuring eight rows, while its internal RGBW (red, green, blue and white) lighting comes with an advanced warning system.

Its fully enclosed unibody design and Wash-In-Place system simplifies cleaning, while advanced monitoring allows tracking with trend analysis.

“Our customers have always relied on Idaho Steel for dependable, cutting-edge solutions,” Jon Christensen, Idaho Steel vice president of sales and marketing, said in the release. “With the Nex-Gem 4, we are delivering a product that not only honors our legacy but also propels our clients into the future of food production.”
