The 2017 Washington / Oregon Potato Conference was held January 24-26 at the Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick, Washington. The event featured a Cultivar Performance Workshop, Spanish Language session, a lunch potato bar served by the Washington and Oregon Potato Commissioners and the third annual Potato Peel-Off, where competitors demonstrated their speed in peeling potatoes. Another highlight was the Trade Show Reception and PAC Auction. Each year, the Washington / Oregon Potato Conference grows. Exhibitors, presenters and attendees make this conference and trade show an important event each year.
