World Potato Congress offers subsidies to qualifying delegates

Delegates from developing and transitional countries may qualify for financial support to attend the 8th World Potato Congress in Edinburgh, Scotland, on May 27-30, 2012.
Allan Parker, president of the WPC Inc., said that the WPC has agreed to subsidize up to four delegates to next year’s biennial meeting with individual awards of $1,000.
