Wilcox Fresh adds Justin Reynolds as CEO

Floyd Wilcox & Sons Inc., also known as Wilcox Fresh, has hired Justin Reynolds as its new CEO.

Reynolds has 15 years’ of experience in Idaho agriculture, most recently as CFO of a specialized chip potato company. He’s also worked in agricultural-specific financial services at Northwest Farm Credit Services.

“We are excited to bring Justin into our Wilcox family, his presence will help ensure the continuity and cohesion of our business as we grow into the next generation” Wilcox Fresh President Lynn Wilcox said in a statement.

As CEO, Reynolds will work closely with company owners and executive team to build synergy across the various divisions and departments of the family business drawing from the experience and expertise of many industry veterans within the company. He will be responsible for seeking out new opportunities for growth and partnerships.

Reynolds has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho and master’s in business from Northwest Nazarene University. He lives in Pocatello with his wife, Nicole, and their three children.

Wilcox Fresh produces russet potatoes, as well as a variety of reds, whites, yellows, fingerlings and onions. The company is based in Rexburg, Idaho.
