Vive Crop Protection adds two team members, promotes another

Vive Crop Protection has added two new members to its team and promoted a longtime employee.

Greg Esco is the company’s new Eastern U.S. Sales Manager, Bruce Ringrose is now the director of sustainability and stakeholder relations, and Jeff Lacrooy has been promoted to vice president of finance.

Esco brings more than 25 years of experience in agronomy, customer relations and sales management, including his most recent position as director of key accounts for Simplot Grower Solutions. Prior to that, Esco spent 24 years with Nutrien Ag Solutions.

“Greg brings strong relationships, a thorough agronomic background and skilled leadership abilities to the Vive team, helping us drive the awareness and adoption of our unique lineup of Precision Chemistry solutions with distributors, retailers, and growers,” Dave Rummel, Vive vice president of sales and business development, said in a news release.

Ringrose has more than 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors, including his most recent position at Farmers Edge as head of sustainability and stakeholder relations.

“Bruce has developed and managed multiple innovation portfolios as well as executed business opportunities with interdisciplinary teams and many external stakeholders, making him a great addition to Vive,” said Megan Wheeler, Vive Crop Protection chief of staff.

Lacrooy, with Vive since 2021, has more than 15 years of finance and operational experience.

“Jeff has been a pleasure to work with,” Vive CEO Darren Anderson said. “He has a voracious learning and growth mindset and has done a great job communicating both to internal and external stakeholders.”
