University of Wisconsin receives USDA grant

The United States Department of Agriculture’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture awarded the University of Wisconsin at Madison $3,773,367.00 specialty crop grant.

The project will facilitate the rapid, efficient development and adoption of new potato varieties, reducing the acrylamide content of processed potato products.
