Transform WG receives EPA registration

Dow AgroSciences has received EPA registration for Transform WG insecticide. Sulfoxaflor, Transform’s active ingredient, controls sap-feeding insects, such as potato psyllid, aphids and leafhoppers. It controls insects at a low use rate while not harming most beneficial insects and not flaring aphids or mites.

Transform is the only insecticide in the Insecticide Resistance Action Committee’s Group 4C classification. The REI for Transform is 24 hours and the PHI for potatoes is seven days. Mode of application is by air, ground or chemigation.
