The J.R. Simplot Co. has acquired Dorman Brothers, LLC.
Dorman Brothers, an agricultural supply company based in Burlington, Colo., with locations in Cheyenne Wells, Colo. and Goodland, Kan., will join Simplot’s AgriBusiness Group as part of the Simplot Growers Solutions network.
