Rovensa Next, the biosolutions business unit of Rovensa Group, has named agriculture industry veteran Chuck Broughton as its new head of North America.
Broughton’s 35 years of experience include leading roles at Pivot Bio, DuPont and Novozymes, according to a news release.
In his new role, Broughton will focus on expanding Rovensa Next’s presence, deepening partnerships with growers and distributors, and enhancing product accessibility. He will also help align product innovation and regulatory processes with market needs.
Rovensa Next’s portfolio includes biofungicides, biopesticides, adjuvants and crop nutrition. The company operates in more than 90 countries, with 2,000-plus employees and 27 research and development facilities, 13 production plants and more than 80 research partnerships.
