Oct 21, 2020Potato processing equipment provider Vanmark announces staff changes
Industrial potato and produce processing equipment manufacturer Vanmark has promoted Jason Davis to company vice president.
Davis will oversee all Vanmark’s operations, which includes Creston, Iowa, Boise, Idaho, and Bangalore, India.

Davis has been with Vanmark for over 10 years, first as operations manager and then as general manager in Creston, before taking this new role. During that time, he’s led the business to outperform its industry peers, something CEO Bob Grote looks forward to seeing expanded to the additional locations.
“Jason’s led with aplomb, surrounding himself with fantastic talent and pushing them to record achievements,” Grote said through a press release. “I am personally grateful for the last decade that Jason has dedicated to Vanmark and am very enthusiastic as to what the future can be for Vanmark under his leadership.”
At Vanmark’s Boise operation, Kris Hearst has transitioned to a customer service role from general manager in anticipation of her retirement in spring 2021. Mike Scott has been promoted to engineering Mmanager and Mike Leavitt has been promoted to operations manager. Both report to Davis.
