May 19, 2017Nominations open for 2018 Potatoes USA board
Nominations are now open for new Potatoes USA board members for the 2018-2021 term. There are a total of 58 open seats to be filled.
All state potato organizations have received the information and materials to begin the process of seeking and nominating/re-nominating interested growers. All nominees will be seated on the board at the 2018 Annual Meeting in Denver, March 13-15, 2018.
The main role of a board member is to actively participate on the board by communicating the interests of his/her area to the board, and carrying the message of the board back to his/her growing community.
If you are interested in being considered by your state grower leadership to fill an open spot representing your state, please contact your state manager. All nominations must be returned to Potatoes USA by Aug. 15, 2017.
