Naturally Potatoes is breaking ground on a $7.5 million expansion to their processing plant in Mars Hill, Maine.
The expansion will double the facility’s storage and potato production capacity. The expansion will increase daily mashed production capacity to 336,000 pounds.
The project is expected to be completed late this fall.
