MPIC receives state grant

The Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development awarded the Michigan Potato Industry Commission a grant for $82,032.
The grant will be used to study the potential to profitably redirect chipping potatoes into alternative uses.
The study will identify the best value-added processing opportunity for Michigan’s chipping potato industry and establish steps for implementation.
