McCain expanding Idaho plant

McCain Foods USA has announced that it will expand production at its Burley, Idaho plant with the addition of a third production line.

McCain is investing more than $100 million in the plant expansion. The new production line is projected to be operational by the end of 2015 and will make potato products for the foodservice industry and restaurant chains.
