If you’ve ever wondered where potato processing plants are concentrated in North America, a new resource can provide those answers at a glance.
The Potato Marketing Association of America has compiled a map highlighting locations from Alberta, Canada, to Plover, Wisconsin.
The map, which can be viewed and enlarged online, includes facilities of Lamb-Weston, McCain Foods, J.R. Simplot, Cavendish Farms, Heinz and St. Arneault.
