Nov 17, 2016Klompien new CEO at UPGA
The United Potato Growers of America (UPGA) executive board has selected Mark Klompien as its new CEO. Klompien replaces Jerry Wright.
For the past four and a half years Klompien has served as the president of the Idaho Grower Shippers Association (IGSA). Prior to his tenure at the IGSA Klompien was the vice president of supply chain management at Idahoan Foods. He also worked for 18 years at Basic American Foods and six years at Lamb Weston.
