J.R. Simplot announced Nov. 27 the acquisition of retailer Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings and its subsidiaries.
J.R. Simplot, based in Boise, Idaho, made the move to bring together two market leaders in the distribution of agriculture crop inputs and related services, the company stated in a press release. The transition is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2020.
