Idaho Potato Production Up 12 Percent from 2008

Idaho’s potato production is expected to total 131 million cwt, up 12 percent from last year’s 116 million cwt and 1 percent above the 2007 crop, according to the National Agricultural Statistics Service. AG Weekly
