James Hoff was appointed by Idaho Governor C.L. Butch” Otter to a three-year term as a new commissioner to the Idaho Potato Commission (IPC).
Otter reappointed Dan Nakamura and Lynn Wilcox to serve for second three-year term to the IPC.
Hoff is a fourth generation Idaho potato grower. The family farm is located about four miles south of Idaho Falls.
