Ken Frost has joined the department of botany as an assistant professor and Extension pathologist at Oregon State University’s Hermiston Agricultural Research and Extension Center (HAREC).
Frost received his master’s and doctorate in plant pathology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His areas of research include: improving integrated pest management programs; ecology and epidemiology of insect-vectored plant pathogens; mathematical biology and ecological modeling; and the economics of pest and disease suppression.
