Eagle Eye Produce harvesting new crop of russets
Eagle Eye will start shipping its new crop of Idaho-grown russet potatoes the week of Aug. 3-7, with red and yellow potatoes to follow shortly after.
Annual potato harvest is underway again for Eagle Eye Produce and potato farmers all over Idaho. Eagle Eye growers are working around the clock to ensure their potatoes are a perfect size, texture and density. Over the next few weeks, they will harvest thousands of acres of world-famous Idaho potatoes.
