ConAgra plans to split into two companies

ConAgra Foods plans to separate into two independent public companies. ConAgra Foods will be renamed ConAgra Brands and will comprise the consumer brands portfolio. Lamb Weston will become a separate company representing the food service portfolio of frozen potato products.
