Blacker resigns IGSA post

Idaho Grower Shippers Association (IGSA) President Travis Blacker resigned his position to accept a job as industry relations director with the Idaho Potato Commission. Blacker served as IGSA president for four years.
Blacker replaces Todd Cornelison, who served as the industry relations director for five years. Cornelison is returning to overseeing his packing company, High Country Potato, in Rexburg, Idaho. Blacker’s final day as IGSA president will be Sept. 30. He will begin his new position with IPC on Oct.1.
The IGSA is currently searching for a new president.
