Since 1988, the National Potato Council (NPC) has presented the Environmental Stewardship Award, recognizing a farming operation that has developed innovative approaches to safeguarding the environmental resources on their farm, while enhancing the lives of their employees and their communities by adopting practices that sustain land, water, wildlife and community. Recipients of this award use innovative, state-of-the-art ideas to protect and preserve the viability of their farm for future generations. Watch a short video to learn more about the award.
Interested applicants should complete the application and a short essay and return to the National Potato Council. Completed applications can be sent to [email protected]
