Apr 1, 2024All 50 states now have access to farming data dashboard
An online resource of farming data and USDA programs is now available to all 50 U.S. states.
An April 1 updated added nine states to the farmers.gov local dashboard, an online collection of farming data and USDA resources first launched in Iowa last January.

Alaska, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nebraska, New Jersey, Ohio and South Dakota now have access to farmers.gov, which provides county-specific agricultural data such as commodity pricing, weather forecasts and historical climate data.
Forty states were added last October. State-focused news from the Farm Service Agency and the Natural Resources Conservation Service is also available on the dashboard.
Updated in response to feedback, farmers.gov includes charts and graphs making complex data sets easier to read, according to a USDA news release. Continued updates and additional features are planned, according to the release.
