Fenway Red is a round tuber with a beautiful deep and rich red skin with contrasting white flesh.

This all-purpose variety has the perfect texture to hold up to nearly any cooking technique — boiling, mashing, roasting or baking.

  • Tubers: Fenway Red is a mid-season variety with consistently high yields. Medium to large round tubers with good uniformity. Stores well and keeps the red skin throughout the storage period. Fenway Red is widely adapted; skin set can take time depending on cultural practices and soil types.
