Registration is open for the annual Michigan Winter Potato Conference. This year’s event is set for Jan. 28-30 at the Sheraton Grand Rapids Airport Hotel in Grand Rapids.
The event will begin Jan. 28 with an opening reception and will feature educational breakout sessions as well as updates from industry organizations including the National Potato Council and Potatoes USA.
