Overview: AAC Hamer is a mid-season round white variety good for the fresh market and is also suitable for chipping. The variety maintains a good chipping quality directly from the field as well as from cold storage. AAC Hamer has an attractive smooth skin finish with shallow eyes. Due to its higher set, spacing can be manipulated to produce for all fresh market segments. It has good resistance to damage and bruising.

Tubers: Round with excellent uniformity of size and shape

Yield: 12 to 15 tubers per plant

Eye depth: Shallow

Dry Matter: 22%
