Jeff Miller has been hired by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture as a seed potato specialist.
For the past 12 years Miller worked as a research scientist with the University of Minnesota potato breeding program based at the USDA-ARS research lab in East Grand Forks, Minn.
Miller’s responsibilities for the Minnesota potato seed inspection facility in East Grand Forks will include seed potato certification, shipping point inspections and laboratory analysis.
