Washington State University (WSU), along with with USDA-ARS, is conducting a survey of potato, vegetable and vegetable seed growers in the Columbia Basin in order to better understand beet leafhopper management practices.
In addition to learning about on-farm practices, the teams at WSU and USDA-ARS are interested in learning about growers’ largest challenges in balancing the demand for sustainability with the financial realities of commercial agriculture.
