The public comment period for a proposed rule by the EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers to clarify protection under the Clean Water Act (CWA) is now open.
The proposed rule clarifies protection for streams and waters. Proposed definitions of waters will apply to all CWA programs.
The public comment period will close on Monday, July 21, 2014. To submit a comment online or for information on other ways to submit comments visit this EPA site.
