Potato LEAF Leadership Institute applications due Friday

Applications for the Potato Leadership, Education, and Advancement Foundation’s (Potato LEAF) 2025 Leadership Institute are due Friday.

The 10-day program, to be held Feb. 19-28, provides an overview of the U.S. potato industry, the challenges and issues beyond the production sector and the roles of the industry’s state and national organizations in maintaining a positive business climate for potato growers.

The 2025 program will begin in Wisconsin with leadership training and industry tours and concludes in Washington, D.C., where the class will participate in NPC’s Washington Summit.

The Leadership Institute has been expanded to include a Capstone project. The Capstone will require participants to participate in a virtual session in June and complete a team project to be presented virtually to the Potato LEAF board in August 2025.
