Another edition of Potato Expo is in the books, so it’s time to get next year’s event on your calendar.
Potato Expo 2020 is headed to Las Vegas — The Mirage, to be exact. Dates are set for Tuesday and Wednesday, Jan. 14-15, 2020. Potato Expo was last held in Las Vegas in 2016.
