Potandon Produce has hired Carter Bray as director of new product development, a newly created position. Bray will be working in the Idaho Falls office overseeing key development projects and their related marketing strategies.
With 25 years of sales and marketing experience, 16 of those years focused on the food industry, Bray adds another dimension to the product team at Potandon, the company said. He was previously employed at both General Mills and The Pillsbury Company in different developmental and managerial roles.
Bray holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
