The National Potato Council is accepting nominations from potato growers across the country for members of its board of directors or committees.

Nominations are open through Jan. 16.

Potato growers producing more than 50 acres of potatoes annually are eligible. In states with an affiliated state organization (Colorado, Idaho, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, Montana, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin), interested parties can contact that organization.

Growers outside of those states can submit an online nomination form.

NPC committees are: legislative, environmental affairs, trade affairs, grower outreach and industry research, and finance.

Nominees are encouraged to participate in the 2026 NPC Washington Summit, where members’ one-year term will begin.
