First potato psyllid of the season found in Idaho

One potato psyllid was collected on a sticky trap in potato in Canyon County.

On June 1, Pacific Northwest Pest Alert Network reported that the psyllid was collected from sticky cards at a light site that week.

The network reported they had traps deployed in 50 of the estimated 88 fields (57 percent) that will be monitored this year and found one psyllid in one of the monitored fields (1.13 percent).
