Blair Richardson discusses USPB reorganization

Blair Richardson, president and CEO of the United States Potato Board, discusses the reorganization of the USPB. John Toaspern, vice president of the International Marketing Committee, will become Chief Marketing Officer and oversee both the International Marketing and Domestic Marketing Committees.
