The Washington State Potato Commission is accepting nominations to fill a vacancy left by a retiring commissioner. This position must be filled by a grower from District 2, which includes the counties of Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla, Yakima, Kittitas, Klickitat, Columbia, Garfield and Asotin.
The WSPC will appoint a grower to fill this vacancy at its September 7 commission meeting. Contact Chris Voigt at the WSPC if you have any questions or are interested in this position.
