Verdesian acquires Plant Syence

Verdesian Life Sciences has acquired all of the assets of Plant Syence and its affiliates. Plant Syence has served as Verdesian’s manufacturer’s representative in the United Kingdom for the past 11 years.

Plant Syence will begin conducting business as Verdesian Life Sciences Europe immediately. John Haywood, formerly CEO of Plant Syence, becomes managing director of Verdesian Life Science Europe.
