Andy Robinson, Ph.D., received Spudman’s 2015 Emerging Leader Award (ELA) during the National Potato Council’s annual banquet at the Rosen Shingle Creek hotel in Orlando, Florida.
Robinson, 33, is an assistant professor and Extension agronomist in potato production at North Dakota State University and the University of Minnesota.
Spudman’s ELA, sponsored by Bayer CropScience, is awarded to an individual, 35 or under, who works in any sector of the potato industry.
