Rick Foell is Agro-Culture Liquid Fertilizer’s new field agronomy manager for California.
Foell was employed previously at Bio-Gro as the national sales manager. He has 23 years experience in the California agricultural market as a fully licensed pest control advisor and recently passed both the international and California Certified Crop Advisor tests. He is also a certified IPM technical service provider in California.
