Olsen receives award

Lynn Olsen Sr., 72, of Othello, received the 2012 Industry Leadership award from the Washington Potato Foundation during the 2012 Washington/Oregon Potato Conference.

Olsen is a former chairman of the Washington State Potato Commission. He was president of the National Potato Council in 1995.

Olsen and his wife, Marthann, have been married for 50 years. They have two sons, Lynn II and Chris.
