Okray Family Farms receives NPC Environmental Stewardship award

Mark Finnessy and his father, Mike Finnessy, of Okray Family Farms, from Plover, Wisconsin, were awarded National Potato Council’s 2015 Environmental Stewardship award.

The award was presented during the NPC annual banquet at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada on Thursday, Jan. 14. The annual award is a component of the pesticide environmental stewardship program, a partnership between the NPC and the EPA, to protect and promote safe and effective use of pesticides. DuPont Crop Protection is the primary sponsor of the award.
