IPC releases potato recipe cards

The Idaho Potato Commission has released its Passionate About Potatoes” ad series. For 2016, the series features seven new chefs, seven new potato menu concepts, and a new look. These recipes are collected in a “Passionate About Potatoes” recipe card set.

Chef and restaurant contributors include Julianne Ratliff (Macy’s), Caroline Perini (Easy Slider Food Truck), Beverly Kim and Johnny Clark (Parachute), Kathleen Blake (The Rusty Spoon), Ina Pinkney (Ina’s), Donna Wyllie (Cañonita), and Ivy Stark (Dos Caminos Restaurants). Potatoes Relleno, Idaho Baked Potato Bing Bread, The Meat ‘n Idaho Potato Easy Slider and Perfect IdahoPotato Pancakes are among the new recipe ideas.
